Travel Time!!! Starting out at the Salt Lake Airport, then London then Rome Here we come!
First time on a subway and Italian Restaurant with pizza and pasta for lunch:)
First we stopped by a beautiful garden and plaza and explored
Everything was blooming with spring, and the street musicians were amazing! My favorite was a trumpet player that made me feel like we were transported back to the land of Lady and the Tramp:)
I love the street art, performers and overall feel!
Annabelle tried to get a picture with a gladiator but I didn't let her because they chase you down later:)
Then we went to the Vatican for our tour - Francesca was awesome! She designed the tour for kids age 6-12 with a scavenger hunt, we all learned so much! Like that Michealangelo was totally crazy and no one dared tell him to dress the people in the paintings although nudity was definitely not ok back then:)
We didn't get to go into St Peter's since the Pope was holding a mass that day, but explored all 11 museums and even got to see the Pope's carriages (I loved that part)
