Random Summer Happenings

It's been a busy summer so far! Here are some additional things we've been able to do:
For Father's Day the kids made Stephen a cute picture frame like this- it says #1 We Love Dad
Jack was able to try out surfing at the Lindon Pool, he did awesome!
The kids have all had swim lessons this summer, Jack is in the most advanced level, he has learned to head dive into the pool, race, and turn under water while racing.
Annabelle is in level 4, she has her backstroke down great, is learning to head dive and is learning all her strokes, they are both fish in the water!
Sophie finally got to start swim lessons this year and is super comfortable with head bobs and learning to float on her back. She showed the most improvement ever in her class!

One of our chicks, Brownie (Annabelle's) turned out to be a rooster right before we left for Zion, so we took him up to Big Springs and let him be a free bird in the mountains.

I've only had one wedding this year, but a good friends! Turned out beautiful! and I had a blast preparing everything!

 Lots of home projects!
Had the kids help me with everything, We made a bigger fire pit, the kids cleaned all the bricks for me!
Made these awesome pallet benches, so comfy! kids helped paint the pallets, sew cushions, and pick out the pillows.
We also painted the table and benches red
Made this fun sitting area where the sandbox used to be, and the fairy gardens surrounding it
The chicken tunnels are a great success! They do such a good job taking care of all the weeds!
I redid the deck, sanded everything down and restained, and then painted our chairs a fun ocean beach blue color, it's really brightened it up!
We upgraded the fairy gardens a bit since spring, they look awesome!
here's Jack's
 Sophie's
 Annabelle's
Stephen made these awesome bars for the kids, they use them all the time and are getting really good at their gymnastics and push ups!
